Chartered Financial Analyst

About The Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and client-focused Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with a strong foundation in financial planning (CFP background). The role involves managing client portfolios, providing investment advisory, and delivering holistic wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide investment advisory services across equity, debt, mutual funds, and alternative investments
• Design and manage client portfolios aligned with financial goals and risk appetite
• Conduct financial planning including retirement, tax, insurance, and estate planning
• Perform market research, financial analysis, and portfolio performance tracking
• Build and maintain strong HNI/UHNI client relationships
• Recommend asset allocation strategies based on market conditions
• Collaborate with internal teams for product structuring and wealth solutions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial advisory standards
  
  

• CFA (completed or pursuing) – Preferred
• CFP Certification – Mandatory / Strong Preference
• 3+ years of experience in wealth management / financial advisory / investment analysis
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, mutual funds, and financial products
• Excellent understanding of financial planning and client advisory
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Client-facing experience with HNI/UHNI segment preferred
  
  

• Experience in wealth management firms, PMS, or private banking
• Certifications like NISM, AMFI are an added advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
