We have an immediate opening for a Catastrophe Claims Property Specialist II. Property damage can be a frustrating event for our customers, and our Claims Professionals make the aftermath a much simpler and worry-free process.

This position requires someone with strong negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently while investigating and resolving a variety of large or severe property loss claims. In this role, you will travel within Texas to the loss site to conduct a thorough analysis. Every day is a new challenge as you assist our customers through their claims process.

Responsibilities include:

• On-site investigation of property damage, thorough review and application of policy information and coverage details, proper setting of financial reserves, and accurate and timely settlement of claims.
• Utilize experience, judgment, and investigation techniques to arrive at fair and accurate claim decisions.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to customers and third parties.
  
  

• Must have property claims experience.
• Prior property catastrophe experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims.
• Willingness to travel within Texas as needed.
