Position: Business Development Executive

Experience Required: 1-2 years

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1+ years of proven Business Development experience in IT services.
  • Hands-on experience with any of these Upwork bidding, LinkedIn outreach, and Sales Navigator for lead generation.
  • Strong professional network and industry connections in relevant markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities related to web development, mobile development, e-commerce, digital marketing etc. services.
  • Execute on-call sales and warm calling strategies to engage prospective clients and assess their needs.
  • Use platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator to generate high-quality leads.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new client segments and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, sales presentations, and business pitches tailored to client goals.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads, track progress, and update CRM tools for visibility and forecasting.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively address client queries, concerns, and feedback to foster long-term partnerships.
