, Permanent Position: Boarding Gate & Check-in Staff Bluespirit, a leading airline company, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as Boarding Gate & Check-in Staff. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at the boarding gate and check-in counter
• Verify travel documents and ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures
• Check-in passengers and their baggage, collect fees if applicable
• Handle seat assignments and upgrades
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
• Process and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Adhere to safety and security protocols at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluent in English and local language
• Basic computer skills
