What are we looking for? "

• Minimum 3 years of application support experience or a technology degree
• Minimum 3 years in software engineering or supporting enterprise applications
• Experience with CRM applications and complex integrations
• Proficiency in MS Tools like Power BI and Power Apps
• Strong understanding of Integrated Platforms and analytical skills
• Highly articulate individual with technical problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communicator and presenter across all business levels
• Proficient in scripting languages Python, PowerShell and basic networking
• Previous experience in technical support, troubleshooting, or application support
• Strong understanding of SQL: Proficient in various joining queries in SQL; Proficient knowledge of Views, Stored Procedure
• Knowledge of Azure Logic App and Function
• Understanding of .NET: Familiarity with the .NET framework, including ASP.NET, MVC, APIs (REST, SOAP) and other technologies; Understanding of relational databases, stored procedures, view etc. in SQL Server
• Azure Data factory, Data Processing Knowledge
• Solid familiarity with ticketing systems like Service Now and Azure DevOps
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in Computer Science
• Knowledge of supply chain processes is desirable for this role
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Certification as an Application.com Admin is advantageous
• Certifications in SQL and or Azure
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall Models
