You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers, assisting with baggage handling, and ensuring the timely departure and arrival of flights. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
• Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or disabled passengers
• Check and tag baggage, ensuring it is properly loaded onto the correct flight
• Coordinate with other ground staff to ensure the timely departure and arrival of flights
• Conduct security checks on passengers and their luggage
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures
• Handle any other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
• Knowledge of local language and English is required
