Role Summary:

Dentsu is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Art Director to join the team in Kolkata and work closely with a leading banking client on-site. The ideal candidate should possess strong integrated advertising experience with major exposure to mainline creative work.

This role supports and leads creative design initiatives with focus, commitment, and a strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand communication. The candidate will play a key role in conceptualizing and delivering high-quality creative outputs across campaigns while collaborating closely with copy and servicing teams.

This position is critical because it is a client-mandated on-site requirement to support ongoing brand and campaign initiatives.

Experience: 3+ years of agency experience in an advertising/creative agency environment

Key Accountabilities

• Support the execution of creative concepts along with the copy partner under the guidance of the Creative Director
• Contribute innovative and strategic thinking toward big campaign ideas
• Assist in preparing and presenting creative concepts and campaign ideas to clients
• Visualize concepts and translate them into impactful design solutions
• Take ownership of assigned creative work from ideation to execution
• Ensure brand tone, identity, and positioning are consistently reflected across all creatives
• Deliver insightful and high-quality creative executions that positively impact the client’s business
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns
• Work across integrated campaigns with strong emphasis on mainline advertising creatives
  
  
  

Qualifications & Requisite Skills:

• Relevant experience in an advertising/creative agency environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing integrated and mainline campaign work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced client-facing environment
• Good communication and presentation skills
  
  
  

Preferred Profile

• Experience working on BFSI/Banking brands will be an added advantage
• Candidate should be comfortable working on-site at the client location in Kolkata
