Responsibilities :

Job Overview:

As a SAFe Product Owner at Xerox, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our Agile projects. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog for a Data Center Architecture and Tools team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of valuable features to our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of the SAFe framework, an understanding of Data Center technologies and tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to make strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a clear and compelling product roadmap, ensuring prioritization of features and enhancements.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog to align with the overall product vision and business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and development teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Collaborate and coordinate with teams in different timezones (India, Philippines, and US)
• Communicate the product vision, goals, and priorities to the development team and ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
• Work closely with the Scrum Master, Agile teams, and other Product Owners to plan and execute Agile ceremonies, such as PI Planning and Sprint Planning.
• Continuously refine and adjust the product backlog based on feedback, changing priorities, and market trends.
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize the product roadmap and maximize customer value.
• Participate in product demonstrations and reviews to provide feedback and ensure the delivered features meet acceptance criteria.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and make informed decisions.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in a SAFe environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe principles, practices, and frameworks.
• Proven experience collaborating between teams in multiple locations and time zones.
• Familiarity with Data Center Practices and tools.
• Familiarity with Data Center tools including patching, configuration management, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow Agile project management tools is preferred.
