Key Responsibilities
People Leadership
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 15–20 associates.
Conduct regular team huddles, one-on-one discussions, and performance reviews.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
Manage attendance, adherence, leave planning, and workforce utilization.
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Operational Excellence
Ensure daily operational targets and service levels are consistently achieved.
Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround time, and customer experience metrics.
Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.
Manage workload distribution and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Performance Management
Analyze team performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
Conduct coaching sessions and performance improvement plans when required.
Drive accountability for individual and team performance metrics.
Recognize and reward high-performing employees.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
Escalate business risks and process issues proactively.
Communicate business updates, process changes, and organizational initiatives effectively.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
Drive Lean and process improvement initiatives.
Utilize data and root-cause analysis to improve efficiency and quality.
Participate in automation and transformation projects.
Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in Business Operations, BPO, Shared Services, or Operations Management.
Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
Preferred Skills
Lean Six Sigma certification.
Experience managing international operations.
Exposure to process improvement and automation initiatives.
Strong data interpretation and dashboard management skills.
