Experience: 3-5 years in the IT industry

Education: B.Tech or equivalent degree

Key Responsibilities

Support for banking applications – Nautilus, Aperio, DocPlus, Communicator
Monitoring application alerts and workflows.
Application update developments
Fix for application Vulnerabilities.
DR activities for application
Service account management
Maintain SSL certificates

Required Skills

Windows IIS Administration
Windows Server Administration
Windows based applications support,
.net based Application support
Understanding of Service Now
Understanding of banking domain
Good verbal and written communication to engage 3rd party and vendors.
Basic understanding of SQL Database

Working Hours/Shift

24/7 Production support. Rotational shifts, each week the shift will be changed from Morning - Afternoon to Night Shifts.
