Specialist MBR Designer

Summary

Accountable for designing and revising Master Batch Records (MBR) throughout both project deployment phases and ongoing site operations. Responsible for supporting MES validation activities, creating master data within the MES, preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, and delivering MES training sessions.

About The Role

Major accountabilities:

- Assist in designing and updating Master Batch Records (MBR) for MES projects per global standards.

• Support MES validation and testing across all systems.
• Develop additional test specifications as needed.
• Create master data in the MES system.
• Prepare SOPs and work procedures.
• Provide MBR design and process support to MES projects and sites.
• Deliver MES training and share best practices across Novartis locations.
• Responsibility for personal and professional development.
• Providing conditions for and control of the implementation of HSE tasks and requirements in the unit.
• Other tasks determined during the annual objectives setting process and by KPIs.
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and tasks based on a specific appointment.
