About The Department
FTS Reporting delivers regulatory, operational, and client reporting solutions that support critical business, client, and compliance requirements. The team consists of reporting engineers and technology professionals who partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to design, develop, optimize, and support reporting platforms. Team members gain experience in enterprise reporting, performance optimization, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled development practices while contributing to business-critical solutions.

Experience, Education & Certifications
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Experience developing, testing, and automating reports.
- Experience optimizing report performance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong SQL and database development skills.
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and Snowflake.
- Proficiency in Python and Unix environments.
- Experience with Business Objects reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects.
- Experience using AI-enabled developer tools.
- Understanding of Agile development practices.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle processes.
- Knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to leverage AI tools responsibly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Continuous learning mindset.
- Experience in financial services or investment banking.
- Experience with data quality solutions.
