Senior Order Management And Billing Specialist

Clarivate is seeking to hire an Order Management & Billing Advisor to join our global Finance team based in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will have a background in order management, billing, and related processes, as well as experience working with relevant software systems. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order management process and ensuring accurate billing and revenue recognition. The Order Management & Billing Specialist will work closely with internal teams, including sales, finance, and customer service, to provide exceptional service to our clients.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments...

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in Order Management, Billing, Credit/Rebill processing, and customer case management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite, Zuora, and other ERP/CRM platforms.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume transactional workloads while consistently meeting SLAs, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Experience working with global cross-functional teams and leveraging operational metrics to support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

What will you be doing in this role?...

• Manage end-to-end order management, including order processing, fulfilment, billing, and customer support for order-related inquiries.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and global teams to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient order execution.
• Support billing operations by generating invoices, resolving billing issues, processing payments, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition.
• Maintain data integrity through regular reconciliations and upkeep of customer and order information in Salesforce, Oracle, and NetSuite.
• Drive continuous process improvements by analyzing operational data, generating reports, and implementing enhancements to improve efficiency and performance.
