About The Role

  • Maintain audit‑ready documentation and ensure adherence to financial controls. Identify and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with BPAs and Finance teams.
  • Stakeholder & Query Management: Act as a key contact for finance operations queries from business stakeholders and BPAs, ensuring clarity and responsiveness. Provide actionable updates, insights, and guidance to minimise rework and improve decision‑making.
  • Escalate risks proactively to maintain continuity and financial accuracy.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Support dashboards and reporting that provide spend visibility, variance insights, and actionable inputs for BPA decision‑making. Drive standardization, simplification, and automation across FinOps processes. Adhere to SOPs and contribute to capability building through training and knowledge transfer.
