About The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering end-to-end software projects with clearly defined scope, timelines, and budgets. Working closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Operations, you will help drive projects forward to ensure they are delivered on time and to a high standard of quality. You will manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives throughout the delivery lifecycle.
In this role, you will lead the delivery of medium to large projects with clear accountability for outcomes, while building strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers. You will also support discovery and planning activities, bringing structure and organisation to project delivery while continuing to develop your expertise in Keyloop’s delivery practices. Alongside this, you will contribute to improving delivery processes and ways of working within the Alliances PMO, helping to drive continuous improvement across the team.
Duties And Responsibilities
Project Planning & Design
- Plan and deliver end-to-end software projects with defined scope, timelines, and deliverables, from kick-off through to closure
- Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
- Support discovery and planning activities for assigned projects, ensuring objectives, success criteria, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined
- Ensure appropriate governance, documentation, and reporting are in place and maintained throughout delivery
Project Execution & Governance
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across Product, Engineering, and Operations to keep projects on track
- Track project progress against milestones, budget, and scope; identify risks and issues early and escalate where needed
- Manage change requests and maintain governance documentation; ensure stakeholder sign-off is obtained at key milestones
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders clearly and on a regular cadence
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and ways of working within the Alliances PMO
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Operations
- Manage customer expectations proactively; support issue resolution and escalations with clear, confident communication
- Translate technical constraints and delivery complexity into clear, accessible language for business stakeholders
- Identify stakeholder needs and maintain alignment through regular touchpoints and structured communication plans
Team & Capability
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure deliverables are scoped, owned, and completed to the agreed quality standard
- Work effectively with distributed or offshore delivery teams, maintaining clear communication and accountability across locations
- Share knowledge and contribute to team learning; support colleagues and junior team members where appropriate
- Contribute to the development of delivery standards and best practices within the Alliances PMO
Knowledge And Experience
Project Management
- Experience delivering software or technology projects in an enterprise environment, with strong application of structured delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Formal PM credentials (PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent) are advantageous
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities across complex stakeholder landscapes
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of project financials, including budget tracking and cost management
- Experience working with distributed or offshore delivery teams is essential. Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their application to project management is a plus
Technical
- Experience delivering SaaS software implementations in enterprise or multi-market environments, particularly where configuration, integration, and change management intersect
Automotive Financing Industry:
- Experience in automotive, financial services, or SaaS environments is desirable. Exposure to customer-facing delivery roles in enterprise software is a plus
- Experience using structured project delivery methodologies and tools; familiarity with automotive retail technology (DMS, CRM, aftersales) is advantageous
Skills And Abilities
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Spanish language required
- Ability to identify potential risks and stablish risk mitigation controls
- Skill to analyze complex problems and make informed decisions under uncertainty scenarios
- Capacity to anticipate to potential challenges, evaluating alternatives and proactively addressing them before they escalate
- Strong communication skills to deliver project status, updates, and risks to internal and external stakeholders
- Facility to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and other key stakeholders
- Ability to address customer needs promptly and effectively, managing expectations clearly and supporting escalations with a calm, solutions-focused approach
