Job Description
Area(s) of responsibility
- Responsible for Leading Production Support projects consisting of Mission critical applications in 24*7 support model
- Manage client relationships and handle their expectations.
- Ensure services meet agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs)
- Oversee service delivery processes and procedures
- Identify and rectify service delivery issues, including conducting root cause analysis.
- Implement service improvement plans.
- Coordinate and manage project teams and service providers.
- Ensure the delivery team is adequately trained and resourced.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
