Mô Tả Công Việc

The position provides support and enhancements to existing and new brokerage operations systems to ensure projects are aligned with the corporate and APAC Region Brokerage strategies. He/She gathers business requirements and communicate the requirements to the IT Business Analyst. He/She serves as liaison between stakeholders including the IT Business Analyst, IT Developers and the software users.

Apart from developing the business requirements for new functionality and enhancement, this position conducts user acceptance testing and provide training to the Brokerage operation’s “super users”.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducts meetings with end users to clarify business requests.
• Coordinate and interact with local Customs vendors (if any) for the new system implementation
• Runs test scripts to ensure applications meet end users needs.
• Attends stakeholders’ status meetings to provide progress reports.
• Maintains application documentation to ensure user guides are current and user-friendly.
• Confers with requestors and IT to ensure business needs and requirements are clearly defined.
• Creates feature requirements to define what system functions will be required to support Brokerage needs.
• Review request and confers with cross functional teams to ensure alignment across the functional teams and business needs.
  
  

• Possess a Bachelor degree or related field or the equivalent of education and work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in system support capacity will be an advantage.
• Experience in using Brokerage related systems for small package and/or logistics is preferred.
• Preferred applicants with experience in gathering and defining business requirements.
• Experience testing system enhancements is preferred.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
• Good written and communication skills
• Strong administrative skills e.g. planning, organizing, coordinating, following up on matters
• Proactive team player and able to work with different regional groups
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail
