As a Network AI - L&D Sr Associate, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, collaborating with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees in line with market developments and firm strategy.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and skills while developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and stakeholders, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear. • At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
• At least 4-8 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• At least one of the following: a Human Resources certification (e.g. SHRM, PHR)
• Excelling in E-Learning Development and Learning Platform Management
• Demonstrating proficiency in Learning Objectives Design and Learning Theory
• Utilizing Learning Agility to adapt to changing business contexts
• Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations
• Developing meaningful stakeholder connections and anticipating needs
• Navigating complex situations with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
