Job Summary

As a Planning Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of residential and mixed-use sustainable development projects. You will be responsible for preparing and monitoring project schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery in line with the company’s eco-conscious ethos.

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop detailed project schedules using tools like MS Project / Primavera P6.
    • Monitor progress and prepare periodic reports on project status, timelines, and budget adherence.
    • Coordinate with design, procurement, execution, and vendor teams to align project timelines.
    • Analyze delays and prepare recovery plans to mitigate risks.
    • Assist in resource planning and allocation across multiple project sites.
    • Track critical path activities and update baseline schedules accordingly.
    • Support project documentation including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), S-curves, and look-ahead plans.
    • Work closely with the project management team to improve project efficiency and reporting accuracy.
    • Implement eco-conscious planning methods that align with Organo’s sustainable development principles.
Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project planning within the real estate or construction sector.
    • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent project management tools.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site coordination.
    • Understanding of sustainable building practices is a plus.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
