Required Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC).

Hands-on experience with .NET Framework (C#, VB.NET, or C++/CLI).
Expertise in InstallShield for creating MSI installers and deployment packages.
Experience with Windows desktop application development.
Knowledge of COM/DCOM, DLLs, Windows Services, and Registry programming.
Strong debugging skills using Visual Studio.
Experience with source control tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, or SVN.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated build processes.
Understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
Preferred Skills
Experience in migrating legacy MFC applications to modern technologies.
Knowledge of WPF, WinForms, or .NET modernization strategies.
Experience with REST APIs and web service integration.
Familiarity with SQL Server or other relational databases.
Experience with Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
Exposure to secure coding practices and cybersecurity standards.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
