Job Title: ERP Intern

Scope Of Position

The ERP Intern will be working with the current ERP Team members and will primarily work on the ERP+ project. This includes various ERP+ tasks related to Integrations, supporting the team with full validation process and documenting them. The Intern would be trained on Integrations/Microsoft D365/Oracle Cloud ERP, which will provide the Intern with the skillset and experience needed for today’s competitive job market.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

 Translate business processes and requirements into technical integration requirements and designs.

 Gain knowledge of the various Integration components between enterprise systems

 Help with requirements testing and troubleshooting issues

 Gain knowledge of the ERP systems like Oracle and D365

 Participate in problem management activities by identifying recurring ERP issues and contributing to root cause analysis.

 Faster learning of IT tools and technologies and willingness to spend extra hours for self-learning.

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION: (Minimum Education and/or Experience required)

 Educational Qualifications: BE / B.Tech / MCA (2025 graduates or 2026 graduates preferred)

 Strong computer literacy, experience with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

 Excellent communication, interpersonal skills - written and verbal

 Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task and prioritize work

 Knowledge of SQL

 Exposure to any ERP systems

 Hybrid (3 days office, 2 WFH)
