As a Global GBS Alliance - Dedicated Driver Support Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will utilize market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns to engage clients and capture new business opportunities. Your focus will be on establishing partnerships with companies to complement PwC’s strategy, allowing us to deliver multi-competency programs and address clients' most critical business issues.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while navigating increasingly complex situations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify synergies between technology and the firm, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth. Your efforts will contribute to developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives that align with industry trends and organizational targets.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
• Building and maintaining relationships with key Alliance executives to identify synergies and opportunities for solution development
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver multi-competency programs that address client needs
• Utilizing market research and digital marketing techniques to engage clients and capture new business opportunities
• Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
• Anticipating the needs of teams and clients to deliver quality outcomes
• Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
• Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience in Partner & Alliance Management, relationship management or related field, with a track record of supporting demand generation and successful programs
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Advertising, Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Business Communications, Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric, Consumer Studies, Design, e-Business, English Literature, Journalism, Marketing, Organizational Management, Public Relations
