General Maintenance Technician

Job Description

• Assist the Duty Engineer in the day to day activities of the operations and maintenance / repair of all engineering related plants, equipment, building services, general installations work carried out by the Engineering Department.
• Ensure to maintain quality of work in order to meet the prescribed standards
• Respond to queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure to handle and maintain all equipment as per the standards.
• Perform work required for the repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems for the property.
• To abide by the mission statement of the Company and of the department.
• Ensure to possess a thorough knowledge of electrical system of the property, the circuits, present loads and possible limits of new loads and adhere to the set standards
  
  

• 1 to 2 years of prior experience.
• Diploma / Relevant degree.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to enhance organizational performance, clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
• Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
