We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who builds fast, builds well, and uses AI tools as a natural part of how they work — not as a novelty, but as leverage.
You will be the primary engineer building a suite of internal and community-facing applications that bring our ecosystem to life, from farm management to restaurant operations to community wellness tracking.
What You'll Build
Community & lifestyle apps (Few examples)
FarmOS — farm and crop management for our collective organic farming communities; harvest tracking, plot allocation, produce inventory, and farmer coordination
DiaryOS — a personal journaling and lifestyle tracking app for community members built around the Sapthapatha (seven strands of sustainable living) framework
Sapthapatha — a community wellness and engagement platform that helps residents track and share progress across the seven dimensions of Organo living
Restaurant Management — internal operations app for Slow Down Place; menu management, table bookings, orders, and kitchen coordination (integrated with Petpooja)
Integration & automation
API integrations across our SaaS stack — SAP, Salesforce, FalconBricks, Keka, ClickUp — building event-driven flows, webhooks, and data pipelines that eliminate manual handoffs
AI-powered automation workflows — building agents that handle repetitive decision-making: payment follow-up triggers, construction milestone notifications, lead routing, and document generation
Internal tooling — dashboards, admin panels, and operational tools that give our teams real-time visibility without depending on expensive SaaS configuration
What We're Looking For
Engineering fundamentals (non-negotiable)
3–5 years of full stack development experience with strong proficiency in a modern JavaScript/TypeScript stack (React or Next.js on the front end; Node.js or Python on the back end)
Experience building and shipping production-grade web and mobile applications — you have live apps you can point to
Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven architecture, and third-party integrations
Comfortable with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar); you think about schema design, not just queries
Cloud deployment experience — AWS, GCP, or Azure; you can set up infrastructure, not just write code
AI-native development (this is what makes this role different)
You use AI coding tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) as a core part of your development workflow — you are meaningfully faster and higher quality because of it, not just experimenting
Hands-on experience building AI agents or automation pipelines — LangChain, the Claude API, OpenAI function calling, or equivalent; you have built something that makes decisions and takes actions, not just a chatbot
Understanding of prompt engineering, tool use, and how to design reliable agentic workflows that don't fail in production
Personality
You are comfortable being the only engineer — you make pragmatic decisions, avoid over-engineering, and ship
You think about the user as much as the code; these apps will be used by farmers, restaurant staff, and community residents — simplicity matters
You are curious about Organo's mission; building FarmOS for someone who actually grows food is different from building a generic CRUD app
Tech context
Our stack today includes SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, FalconBricks, Google Workspace, and a broad SaaS portfolio. Your integrations will primarily be REST and webhook-based. For AI agent work, we use the Claude API. For new app builds, we have no hard technology mandate — propose what fits the problem.
What This Role Is Not
This is not a role where you maintain someone else's legacy code or sit in sprint ceremonies all day. You will build new things, ship them to real users, and own them end to end. If you prefer large team environments with heavy process, this probably isn't the right fit.
