Position Overview

  • The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication across the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, requests).
  • Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems (digital and physical).

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience in managing complex travel and event arrangements.
  • Knowledge of expense reporting and budgeting processes.
  • Exposure to working in a global or corporate environment.
