Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

The role will support for the Electrification Smart Building Business, to be based at Hyderabad, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Communicates delivery schedules, payment details, and terms & conditions to customers while aligning with ABB’s strategy and offerings.
  • Marketing activities effectively present ABB’s value proposition and identify new market opportunities.
  • Manages sales process administration, supporting cash collection and project management to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensures a positive customer experience and favorable outcomes in transactions by using effective sales techniques; experienced in handling panel builders and industrial end users in the Mumbai market.

Qualifications for the role:

  • B.E. / Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Possesses over 8 years of professional experience.
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships through effective engagement.
  • Manages and resolves customer-specific needs and issues efficiently.
  • Ensures consistent knowledge sharing within teams and across divisions.
  • Collaborates effectively across countries to support business objectives.
  • Experienced in handling panel builders and industrial end users, with extensive exposure to the Mumbai market.
