CX Field Service _Sr Architect

Area(s) of responsibility

• Role: Principal Consultant / Solution Architect – Oracle Field Service & Oracle CX
• Experience: 8 to 15 years
  
  

• Design end-to-end cloud solutions integrating Oracle Field Service (formerly TOA Technologies) with Oracle CX modules.
• Lead full-lifecycle implementations from initial discovery through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Configure complex OFS components including capacity management, routing configurations, collaboration, and mobility apps.
• Map business processes to Oracle CX standards across Service Cloud (B2B/B2C), Sales Cloud, and Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Architect robust integrations between Oracle CX/OFS and external ERP, CRM, or legacy systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or REST/SOAP APIs.
• Optimize automated routing algorithms to improve field resource utilization and reduce travel times.
• Enforce best practices for data migration, security configurations, and environment management
• Consult with business leaders to translate complex operational requirements into scalable technical blueprints.
• Mentor junior developers and functional analysts on project delivery standards.
  
  

• Expertise: Deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Field Service (OFS).
• CX Portfolio: Proven experience with Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow), Oracle CRM, or Oracle Sales Cloud.
• Integration: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and middleware.
• Plugins: Experience developing OFS custom plug-ins using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
  
  

• 8–15 Years of dedicated experience in Oracle CRM/CX and Field Service ecosystems.
• Lead Experience: Minimum of 3 end-to-end Oracle Field Service implementations in a lead or architect role.
• Industry Verticals: Experience in utilities, telecommunications, manufacturing, or medical devices is highly preferred
