Role Overview
Were looking for a passionate and driven FutureForce Recruiter to join our India Talent Acquisition team. In this role, youll be at the heart of identifying, attracting, and hiring early-career talent across Salesforces India offices. Youll partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and university relations teams to build a strong pipeline of future Salesforce employees.
Location: India (Hyderabad / Bengaluru)
What Youll Do
- Campus Recruiting: Plan and execute end-to-end campus recruitment drives across top engineering colleges, business schools, and technical institutes in India.
- Talent Sourcing: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of early-career candidates through job boards, campus events, social media, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional, Salesforce-brand-aligned experience from first touchpoint through offer acceptance.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and debrief facilitation.
- Data & Reporting: Track key recruiting metrics (offer acceptance rate, time-to-fill, pipeline health) and share insights with stakeholders.
- Employer Branding: Represent Salesforce at campus events, career fairs, hackathons, and info sessions.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion inclusive hiring practices and help drive diverse candidate slates.
What Were Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR (campus/university recruiting experience is a strong plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you love connecting with people
- Strong sourcing skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack)
- Understanding of the Indian college/university landscape (IITs, NITs, IIMs, etc.)
- Experience with employer branding or social recruiting
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
