Reports To: APAC & EMEA Talent Acquisition Leader

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive, AI- and data-driven Recruiter to execute our early-career talent acquisition initiatives in India.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of early-career positions hiring as well as early-career programs roll-out. The ideal candidate will be a proactive partner, capable of enhancing our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Early-career Recruiting (70%)

• Recruit for Finance positions primarily at early-career levels from sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Conduct candidate screening and evaluate technical and behavioral fit.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure high-quality talent delivery.
• Participate in talent market mapping and competitor intelligence projects.
• Build sustainable talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  
  
  

Early-Career & Campus Recruiting and Employer Branding (30%)

• Execute campus recruitment strategies across target universities and institutes.
• Maintain strong relationships with universities, placement offices, and student organizations.
• Coordinate internship, trainee, graduate through early-career hiring programs.
• Assist in recruiting analytics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support enhancement of India careers content and EVP initiatives.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of recruiting experience. (hiring finance roles will be a plus)
• Experience in campus hiring or early-career talent programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously.
• Experience using ATS and CRM. (Workday Recruit is a plus)
