About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into actionable solution requirements.
• Coordinate governance activities for analytics, dashboards, data products, and artificial intelligence solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing, validation, and release readiness for new solution enhancements.
• Drive adoption of analytics and artificial intelligence tools through training, enablement, and user support.
• Monitor user feedback, prioritize improvement opportunities, and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams.
• Maintain governance documentation, operating procedures, and audit-ready records supporting compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, business insights, and decision-making through analytics and innovation.
  
  

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience supporting business analysis, requirements gathering, or solution delivery in a complex organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical audiences.
• Experience working with analytics platforms, dashboards, reporting solutions, or data-driven products.
• Understanding of governance, compliance, risk management, or operational control processes.
• Ability to coordinate testing, validate business requirements, and support solution releases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
