Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
More than 5 years of Java development experience
Advanced expertise of Java8+ and Java frameworks such as JakartaEE, Spring or Quarkus.
Experience with front-end frameworks like ReactJS, AngularJS, or the like
Strong understanding of REST API, SOAP Web Services and integration concepts like JSON, XML and message queues.
Experience in designing and developing Microservices architecture
Experience with CI/CD platforms (e.g. Jenkins/Hudson, Github actions, etc.)
Had experience using Cloud, Container/Container Orchestration and AI
Good to have experience in Python and messaging services such as Kafka, ActiveMQ and the like
Familiarity with ETL processes
Experience in enterprise grade software development, working with modern development technologies and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, TDD, DevOps).
Exposed in multiple, diverse infrastructure, application, and processing environments.
Understanding of Business Process Area supported - Continued growth in understanding company culture and business practices.
Ability to work with minimal supervision & interact with user representatives on a regular basis.
Strong organizational, communication and time management skills.
Ability to think out of the box and beyond your area of responsibility. Develop and showcase proof of concepts using new technologies.
Able to coach and mentor junior associates.
