The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Learning and Development team you will provide reliable support for every area of Learning & Development, executing transactional and administrative activities. As an Associate you will act as a primary point of contact for inquiries, collaborating with stakeholders to secure the delivery of training events and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for Learning and Development inquiries
  • Assist in executing administrative tasks related to training programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate impactful training delivery
  • Support the organization of training events and logistics
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and resources
  • Engage in feedback collection to improve training initiatives
  • Uphold professional standards in Learning and Development activities
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and practices

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 1 year of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • Undergraduate degree in HR or Learning & Development preferred
  • Certified Human Resources Professional designation preferred
  • Technical knowledge of Learning Management Systems
  • Experience in administrative or coordinator roles
  • Demonstrating exceptional attention to precision
