We are seeking applications for the position of Project Manager for the Southern bey of bangle for the Airport Project.

Missions/Main Duties

• Lead overall project planning, execution, monitoring, and control for airport and associated facilities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP designers, survey engineers, contractors, and consultants to achieve project objectives.
• Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and cost management to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Review and approve design submissions, construction methodologies, and material specifications.
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular progress reviews, risk assessments, and implement corrective measures.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders including airport authorities, government agencies, and clients.
• Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams.
  
  

Profile/Skills

• Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in project management and execution.
• Must have successfully completed at least one contract of similar nature of work (Airport / Terminal Building / Metro Station / 5-Star Hotel / shopping mall / Multi-Specialty Hospital).
• Strong expertise in managing large-scale, centrally air-conditioned buildings and airport infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with international standards, aviation authority guidelines, and sustainable project practices.
