Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential business banking clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessment of potential clients to determine their creditworthiness and eligibility for business loans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business banking clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit and operations, to ensure timely and efficient processing of loan applications and disbursements
• Stay updated on market trends and competition in the business banking sector to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the business banking portfolio
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business banking, sales, or a related field
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the business lending space
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of local market and competition in the business banking sector
