Currently, we are bidding for Railway projects across India. The position of Lead Designer - (Civil) is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties

• Prepare and review civil engineering designs for track doubling, bridges, culverts, stations, and related structures.
• Ensure designs are compatible with electrification (OHE, substations) and signaling layouts.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, signaling, telecom) to achieve integrated solutions.
• Verify compliance with railway standards, codes, and safety requirements in all design outputs.
• Provide technical guidance, resolve design conflicts, and approve construction drawings.
• Support project execution by clarifying design intent and assisting in modifications when required.
• Maintain documentation of design work and ensure timely delivery aligned with project schedules.
  
  

Profile/Skills

• Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering and Masters’ Degree in Structural Engineering with minimum experience of 15 years in design related to execution of structures preferably nearby running track.
  
  

OR

• At least 3 years design experience in JA or equivalent Grade and above of Engineering department or of Railways and/or as JGM and above in civil engineering department in RITES/IRCON/RVNL or equivalent grade in Konkan Railway/MRVC/DFCCIL/ any JVs or SPVs with Ministry of Railways, any Metro Rail Corporation either individually or combined.
