We are seeking applications for the position of Communications Expert for IBRD Funded PMC for MIND Project for northeastern part of India.

Missions/Main Duties

• Design and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Develop IEC materials, including brochures, newsletters, digital content, and awareness campaigns.
• Manage media relations, public outreach, and visibility initiatives for the project.
• Support stakeholder engagement through workshops, consultations, and communication platforms.
• Coordinate with government departments, donor agencies, and partners for communication activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns and outreach programs.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for stakeholders and donor agencies.
• Ensure branding and visibility guidelines of the World Bank and project partners are followed.
  
  

Profile/Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in communication strategy and IEC development.
• Prior involvement in government-financed or donor-funded projects preferred.
• Experience in digital communication and public relations is an advantage.
• Experience in managing media relations and public outreach campaigns.
• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to design and deliver communication materials across digital and traditional platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with donor-funded project communication guidelines (World Bank/ADB preferred).
