What you'll do
- Find and grow new business in your area.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build good relationships with current and future customers.
- Understand what customers need and offer the right solution.
- Find leads and turn them into customers.
- Watch the market and what other companies are doing.
- Keep sales reports and customer records up to date.
- Travel within your area when needed.
- Graduate in any stream.
- 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, Logistics, IT, Services, or similar fields is a plus.
- Very good speaking and bargaining skills.
- Good at handling customers and building relationships.
- Works hard on their own and aims to meet targets.
- Ready to travel within the area.
