As a Software Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales efforts for our innovative HR software solutions. Your efforts will directly impact the growth of our company, helping businesses optimize their HR processes through technology. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, demonstrate our software capabilities, and close sales. This position offers a competitive salary range of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 monthly, along with opportunities for personal and professional development in the thriving HR industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in the HR sector
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
