  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Lead strategic planning and execution to align project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication among diverse teams to enhance project efficiency.


Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Control Services.
  • Strong capability in risk management and mitigation strategies within complex projects.
  • Expertise in resource allocation and timeline management to optimize project delivery.
  • Ability to analyze project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution to maintain project alignment.


Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Program Project Management.
  • This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
