Job Overview: We are looking for a Helpdesk executive to join our IT department. You will be responsible for managing our IT support.

Helpdesk Executive responsibilities include supporting our IT Operations , monitoring system performance, and configuring new software, hardware, and cloud-based applications. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with various operating systems.

You will ensure our software, hardware, servers, and networks run smoothly.

Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the uptime of the IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure that the tickets raised and closed as per SLA and if not escalate as per the escalation Matrix defined.
  • Raise and update the ticketing system tickets for all the issues handled worked on.
  • Work on the change request and new Installations.
  • Following up with Vendors, Service Providers & Partners - hardware & software whenever required & resolve issues by minimizing downtimes
  • Carry out proactive and reactive administration on Windows and associated applications

  • Carry out system administration tasks such as software installation/updates, security patches, and hardware maintenance
  • Ownership of Infrastructure and responsible for service uptime availability
  • Ensure adherence to process
  • Hands on experience on any of the OS like windows 10 ,11 windows server etc.
  • Hands on experience on Internet protocols like DNS, DHCP, HTTP.RDP
  • Knowledge of installing upgrading OS and computer software
  • Hands on experience on endpoint security
  • Hands on experience on O365

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of IT Support experience
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
  • Hands-on experience operating systems, network configuration, M365
  • System administration and IT certifications Microsoft, or other IT related fields are a plus
  • Knowledge of system security techniques
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
