• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kronos.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and application development lifecycle.
• Experience in requirement analysis and translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to maintain system reliability.
