Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development within the team.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
• Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and design patterns.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud services for performance and scalability.
• Familiarity with integration of various cloud services to build cohesive solutions.
