Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software solutions with overall business strategies.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and their application within SAP environments.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP CO modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP CO and other SAP modules such as FI and MM.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP CO functionalities.

• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
