We are looking for a UI Architect with deep expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS who can define the front-end architecture, establish engineering standards, and guide teams in building scalable, secure, performant, and maintainable web user interfaces.

This role requires someone who is both hands-on and strategic—driving architecture decisions, influencing UI technology roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade digital experiences.

What do we expect?

• Define, design, and evolve the front-end architecture for enterprise web applications
• Establish UI engineering standards, best practices, reusable component libraries, and design systems
• Provide architectural guidance on JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 structure, performance, and scalability
• Collaborate with product, UX, backend, and DevOps teams to shape end-to-end technical solutions
• Conduct deep-dive technical evaluations, POCs, and recommend tools or frameworks
• Lead performance tuning, accessibility improvements, and progressive enhancement strategies
• Mentor engineers across levels and elevate overall UI engineering maturity
• Oversee critical UI modules, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and documented codebase
• Participate in solutioning discussions, estimations, and project planning
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance guidelines in UI layers
  
  

Qualifications

• 8–11 years of experience in front-end/UI engineering
• Strong foundational expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Excellent understanding of UI architecture patterns, state management concepts, and modular design
• Experience designing or contributing to component libraries, design systems, or UI frameworks
• Deep understanding of browser internals, rendering patterns, performance bottlenecks, and debugging
• Exposure to modern front-end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) is a plus but not mandatory—core strength should be in JS fundamentals
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, versioning, and code quality frameworks
• Experience collaborating with UX, backend, DevOps, and product teams in large-scale projects
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to influence and guide technical decisions
• Passion for staying updated with evolving front-end technologies and architectural trends
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience with CSS architectures(BEM, SMACSS), CSS preprocessors, or utility-first frameworks
• Understanding of RESTful API integration, caching, and routing
• Knowledge of build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, or similar
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG), security, and responsive design principles
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) from a UI deployment perspective
