Telecom OSS, network inventory (L1-L3), Blue Planet & Amdocs ARM, ServiceNow; fiber service/resource modeling (DIA, E-Line, wavelength where applicable)

Build authoritative inventory and automation foundations enabling accurate provisioning, assurance, and operational efficiency
