Job Description

CAD engineer with good knowledge in MEP/ HVAC systems along with 3D modelling and experienced in interfacing with other system disciplines.

Experience & thorough knowledge in latest version of AutoCAD & BIM (REVIT)
Should be aware of the basic concepts of HVAC system - Centralized Air conditioning system, Packaged Air conditioning system
Aware of ASHRAE / ISHRAE standards
Aware of type of HVAC equipment, insulation materials, HVAC pipe & duct supports.
Experience in following SMACNA / IS standards for ducting works
Must be able to prepare drawings: Schematic (Air & Water), General Arrangement & Detailed Drawings, Construction Reference Drawing, Shop Floor Drawing.
Preferable to have additional expertise in Fire Protection System / PHE system CAD/BIM works.
Experience in preparing Combined Services Drawing
