Overview

Primary skillsets
Hands-on proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and client-facing teams
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to issue resolution
Flexibility to work in rotational night shifts; applicable shift, meal, and transportation (cab) allowances will be provided
Support experience
Secondary skillsets
Telecom support experience (Lead Engineer only)
Basic working knowledge of Java and/or Python for scripting, automation, and data manipulation
