Job Title: Senior .NET Production Support Engineer (L3 – Healthcare Integrations)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for Guiding Care integration workflows and other healthcare applications, including 24x7 on-call rotation
• Debug API calls, middleware logs, and SQL data issues; perform root-cause analysis and apply minor bug fixes/patches in C#/.NET
• Develop automation scripts for configuration validation and regression testing
• Monitor integration endpoint performance and resolve bottlenecks
• Maintain a knowledge base and produce documentation
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during major incidents (incident commander-style coordination)
