- Asset Lifecycle Management
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of hardware assets (desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, peripherals).
- Maintain accurate asset records in the IT Asset Management (ITAM) system.
- Ensure timely updates for asset status (procurement, deployment, transfer, retirement).
- Inventory & Tracking
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of hardware inventory.
- Implement tagging and tracking mechanisms for all physical assets.
- Monitor asset movements across locations and maintain chain-of-custody documentation.
- Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Collaborate with procurement teams for hardware acquisition.
- Manage vendor relationships for warranty, repairs, and replacements.
- Ensure compliance with approved hardware standards and specifications.
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to ITAM policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain records for audits and compliance reporting.
- Support software license compliance related to hardware deployments.
- Financial Management
- Track asset depreciation and provide reports for financial planning.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization through asset reuse or disposal.
- Disposal & Sustainability
- Manage secure disposal of retired assets in compliance with environmental and data security standards.
- Coordinate with certified e-waste vendors for sustainable practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in IT Asset Management or Hardware Lifecycle Management.
- Strong knowledge of ITAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SCCM, Lansweeper).
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and ISO standards for asset management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree. 7+ years of related experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Background Check and Drug Testing Information
