As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and delivering comprehensive security services tailored to client environments. This role requires continuous monitoring and management to uphold protection standards, ensure compliance with relevant policies, and maintain operational resilience. The practitioner actively coordinates with various stakeholders to address evolving security needs, adapting strategies to safeguard assets and support business continuity effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead initiatives to improve security service delivery and operational processes.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate incident response activities and ensure timely resolution of security issues.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
• Strong knowledge of access control models and authentication mechanisms.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management and governance processes.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements related to identity management.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex security incidents involving access and identity.
